Founded With Purpose
Moneybee Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the dedicated investment banking arm of the Moneybee Group — created to advise businesses at the moments that matter most: capital raising, M&A, restructuring, and strategic transitions.
The firm was built on a straightforward observation: India's micro, small and mid-market businesses — manufacturers, family enterprises, chemicals firms, healthcare companies — make some of their most consequential decisions without adequate advisory support. Large investment banks are uninterested. Smaller boutiques lack institutional rigour. The businesses that sit between them have historically been left to navigate complexity on their own.
Moneybee Advisors exists to close that gap. We bring institutional-quality thinking — disciplined structuring, honest expectation management, senior-led execution — to the segment of India's economy that arguably needs it most.

Advised Setco Automotive on listing of shares and subsequent debt raise — guiding the company through its capital markets debut and post-listing financing strategy.

First Equity Capital Reduction in India — PSI Data Systems
Advised PSI Data Systems (affiliate of Groupe Bull, France) on the first-ever equity share capital reduction of its kind in India — navigating uncharted regulatory territory to deliver a structurally novel outcome.

Rubfila International — A 20-Year Transformation
Acquired from a Malaysian liquidator and transformed from ₹24 Cr (distressed) to ₹473 Cr (zero-debt, India's market leader in latex threads) over two decades. Revenue CAGR of 16.78%. The defining example of what long-term advisory looks like.

Advisors to the IPO of Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd
Advised on the Initial Public Issue of Sun Pharmaceuticals — one of India's most consequential pharmaceutical listings, which grew to become one of the world's largest pharma companies.
HISTORIC — FIRST HOSTILE TAKEOVER IN INDIA
Zandu Pharmaceutical — Parikh Family
Represented the Parikh family in the hostile takeover of Zandu Pharmaceutical Works by Emami Ltd — India's first-ever hostile takeover. A landmark transaction that set legal and structural precedent for every M&A deal that followed.
